Light of the day: FAITH.
Something stirs my heart and I need to write this. I feel like some of us recently have been feeling a lot of... Fear. Fear of what is happening to us, fear of what surrounds us, fear of moving on...fear of our future... and fear of uncertainty. We think about a lot of "what ifs": "What if this or that happens to me or what if this NEVER happens?" There is no doubt that some things will happen unexpectedly and they will throw us off. When these happen, we feel STUCK and lost because we are not seeing a "way or path" in front of us and no matter how much we wait or try, we just don't get to where we want. Our life seems to be in the middle of a chaos or in the middle of nowhere.
HOWEVER, if we CHANGE the numerous "what ifs" and ask ourselves instead, "what IF there is something/someone out there who can just help me find/understand my "path"?....that just shifts our focus into ONE thing. This question initiates a step to THE path that will enable us to perceive life in a more clear and meaningful way --- A step towards FAITH.
Faith is literally like the two definitions of "clear" combined. Faith is clear because, YOU CAN'T SEE IT (as it is transparent); BUT at the same time, faith makes everything clear because YOU PERCEIVE AND UNDERSTAND THE TRUE MEANING OF ITS INFLUENCE IN LIFE. A life of FAITH, thus gives you a clear and closer sense of GOD. You can't really see Him, but you perceive and understand His significance in our lives.
Although it will take a lot of time, compliance, and perseverance to embrace faith itself, faith will always be there even though one can't feel it, because God is everywhere. It is a matter of one taking that step forward one at a time to get to know what faith is all about, and eventually taking that "leap of faith" in believing that God who is the opposite of fear, will guide and protect you in this "path" you have leapt on.
Faith is no desert or wasteland. Faith is THE WAY/THE PATH that will get you through them.
"Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing; Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland." - Isaiah 43:18-19
Have a great and faithful weekend!!! 😉
Love & prayers always,

About Me
♥ Blessed and inspired.
An inspiration is like a light in the heart, that is only seen or felt from within that heart. It may seem so small, but what one does with it, is what can make the difference. No matter how small it is, that light has the potential to become brighter and influential, especially when shared with another. This personal blog is a portion of what I feel in my heart. It is composed of some inspirations that I've felt and experienced. This is me, being unafraid and unashamed to share the Light that I've encountered from God. I hope you see something here, that can somehow help you reflect and find whatever it is that you are searching for.
MY LIFE QUOTES (Quotes that truly and profoundly inspire and affect my life in unending ways):
1.) "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you." - MATTHEW 7:7
2.) "For I have chosen you." - HAGGAI 2:23
3.) "God, guardian of my rights, you answer when I call, when I am in trouble, you come to my relief; now be good to me and hear my prayer.
You men, why shut your hearts so long, loving delusions, chasing after lies.
Know this, Yahweh works wonders for those he loves, Yahweh hears when I call to him.
Tremble: give up sinning, spend your night in quiet meditation. Offer sacrifice in a right spirit, and trust Yahweh.
'Who will give us sight of happiness?' many say. Show us the light of your face, turned towards us!
Yahweh, you have given more joy to my heart than others ever knew, for all their corn and wine. In peace I lie down, and fall asleep at once, since you alone, Yahweh, make me rest secure." - PSALM 4
